Today I am soaking several varieties of seeds. Most are plants that can tolerate sand. Alafalfa is not a plant that likes sand but I keep trying.
Amaranth is a high quality non gluten psuedograinwith high plant protien content.

sunflower http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sunflower. Sunflowers make me happy and attract bird. And if the birds are kind enough or I am quick enought we have seeds for our larder.
